The Bulk Discount Reality
Yes, selling multiple companies at once does get you better pricing—but not in the way you might expect. You don't necessarily get a discount per company. Instead, you get premium pricing that reflects market efficiency.
How Bulk Sales Work
Single Company Sale
You submit one company. We verify, value, and buy it. Processing overhead is the same regardless of the company's age or VAT status.
Bulk Sale (3+ Companies)
You submit multiple companies. We process all of them together, consolidate documentation, and execute simultaneous transfers. This reduces administrative overhead significantly.
The Pricing Advantage
| Scenario | Company Age | Per-Company Rate | Bulk Discount |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single Sale | 2010 (Vintage) | R35,000 | — |
| Bulk Sale (3 cos) | 2010 (Vintage) | R38,000 | +8.5% |
| Bulk Sale (5+ cos) | 2010 (Vintage) | R40,000 | +14% |
Key insight: Bulk sales don't reduce per-company value—they increase it. You're rewarded for efficiency and lower transaction costs for us.
Why Bulk Sales Get Premium Pricing
1. Administrative Efficiency
Processing 5 companies together costs less than processing them separately. We pass some of this savings to you as a premium.
2. Risk Diversification
Bulk purchases give us a portfolio. If one company has hidden issues, others offset the cost. We can therefore pay more confidently.
3. Consolidated CIPC/SARS Filing
Filing 5 transfers together is more efficient than filing them separately. Lower operational costs = higher seller payouts.
4. Volume Commitment
Bulk sellers demonstrate commitment and portfolio quality. We value reliable partners and reward them with better rates.
Who Benefits Most from Bulk Sales?
Accountants & Tax Practitioners
If you have 5–10 client companies sitting dormant, bundling them into a bulk sale gets you premium pricing. Many accountants generate R100,000+ by selling client portfolios.
Business Owners with Multiple Entities
If you've incorporated multiple companies over the years, selling them together is faster and more profitable than individual sales.
Estate Settlements
Liquidating a deceased's company portfolio? Bulk sale accelerates the process and maximizes payout.
Bulk Sale Process
Step 1: Submit All Companies
Provide details for all companies you're selling. We review each one's CIPC and SARS status.
Step 2: Individual Valuations
Each company is valued based on its own age, VAT status, and compliance. The bulk premium applies to all of them.
Step 3: Consolidated Offer
You receive one total offer for all companies. This is the sum of individual valuations plus the bulk premium.
Step 4: Simultaneous Transfer
All documents are prepared together. You sign once for all companies. All transfers happen simultaneously.
Step 5: Single Payout
One EFT deposit to your account covering all companies. No separate transactions. Easy accounting.

Additional Revenue: R10,000 just for bundling
Minimum for Bulk Pricing
Bulk discounts apply when you're selling 3 or more companies. If you have 2 companies, submit them individually—the pricing is the same.
Compliance Requirements for Bulk Sales
Each company in a bulk sale must still meet our standard requirements:
- ✓ Valid CIPC registration
- ✓ Clean SARS compliance
- ✓ No active audits or investigations
- ✓ Current Tax Compliance Pin
If one company doesn't qualify, we can still buy the others at standard pricing. You're not forced to sell all-or-nothing.
Timeline for Bulk Sales
Bulk sales follow the same 48-hour timeline as single sales, but verification takes slightly longer due to volume:
- Submission: Hour 0
- Verification: Hour 4–16 (depends on company count)
- Offer: Hour 16–20
- Payment: Hour 20–48
All companies are paid simultaneously. No phased payments.
